摘　　要：日本在我国拥有大量的知识资产。目前,日本已经成为在我国拥有专利数量最的国外来华国家。本文主要针对日本在华专利申请基本状况,特别是这些专利申请所涉及的技术结构及技术比较优势等方面展开深入分析,以了解不同技术领域内日本在我国的专利布局态势,以及中日两国技术差异程度,从而为我国政府和企业制定相关政策,寻求与日本企业间开展互利双赢的技术交流与合作提供依据。Nowadays, Japan owns the largest number of invention in China. This paper studies the technological advan- tage and the structure of American service invention in china from 1985 to 2006. Based on the SIPO invention patent da- tabase, Japanese Service invention patent data is classified according to the concordance of IPC and technology. Finally, on the focus of further cooperation with Japanese multinational and technology interaction, we will stress the policy impli- cation for the government and the domestic companies.
