摘　　要：本研究采用计量方法,旨在识别出影响企业新增投资的主要因素,研究资助强度与受资助企业新增投资之间的关系,探讨政府资助的促进作用随着资助总量的变化而变化的趋势,为提高创新基金作为政府公共财政政策的绩效提供参考。This is a study to identify the major factors influencing the growth of business R＆D expenditure using a quan- titative approach, in an attempt to examine the relationship between the government R＆D funding and the new R＆D in- vestment made by the funded businesses, and to understand the government funding trend featured with an enhanced effect for the raised quota. The findings derived from the study can serve as a reference for evaluating the performance of government public funding policy, especially in the context of the irmofund of China.
