摘 要:为了提高CAN通信系统的可靠性,研究了基于C8051的冗余CAN总线系统。给出了系统结构图、硬件原理框图和软件流程图,详述了不同故障的检测方法和切换策略,开发了基于该冗余设计原理的CAN总线智能节点。实验系统的测试结果表明:当一条总线上出现故障致使通信不能正常进行时,系统可自动切换到另一路备份总线上继续工作,提高了总线通信的可靠性。In order to improve the reliability of the CAN communications system, the intelligent node based on C8051 in the redundancy CAN bus is designed. In this paper, the CAN bus framework, hardware schematic diagram and software flowchart are introduced, furthermore the methods of detecting different faults and channels switch strategies are explicated in detail, finally the intelligent node using this redundancy theory is accomplished. According to the testing results of the system, when one bus encounters troubles which result in it can not communicate normally, the system can switch automatically to another bus in good condition and go on with work. So this design can greatly improve the reliability of CAN bus communication.
