摘　　要：迄今为止,我国应急管理取得了相当的发展,具备了自身的框架内容。然而,就当前我国应急管理现状而言,应急管理无论在理论构建方面还是实践经验方面,存在着自身的局限性。随着公共安全事态的发展,应急管理必定走向更成熟的公共安全管理。So far. emergency management has made considerable development and has its own framework. However. in terms of the current status of the emergency management, not only in the theoretical building, but practical experience, there were its own limitations. With the development of public safety, emergency management must become a more mature public safety management.
