摘  要:累托石是一种具有规则间层结构的黏土矿物。累托石特殊的结构决定了它具有较强的层间吸附性、阳离子交换性及造浆性能,并具有很好的抗高温性能。对累托石的钠化比、造浆率、滤失性、抗高温性以及阳离子容量等性能进行了综合测量和评价。实验结果表明,钙基累托石的最佳钠化比约为5%,钠基累托石的造浆率高,达21.7 m3/t,钠基累托石钻井液的API滤失量不高,为8.5 mL,泥饼薄而光滑、致密,护壁堵漏效果好,钠基累托石的抗温性好,适合作深井造浆材料,从而有效弥补了中国海泡石资源的不足。Rectorite is a clay mineral with regular interlayer structure.The special structure of rectorite rendered it strong adsorption capacity,cationic exchange capacity and yield,and an excellent stability at elevated temperatures.An overall measurement and evaluation were conducted on the sodium substitution ratio,yield,filtration,high temperature stability as well as the cation exchange capacity.The experiments showed that the optimum sodium substitution ratio was 5%,and sodium rectorite had a high yield of 21.7 m3/t.The sodium rectorite base drilling fluid had a low filtration rate of 8.5 mL,and the mud cake generated was thin,slick,dense and tough.Sodium rectorite is suitable for use as a drilling fluid base material,especially in China lacking sepiolite.
