摘  要:根据低渗高压致密砂岩储层的构造特征、岩性特征、孔渗特征及矿物组成,分析储层主要的潜在损害机理为敏感性、液锁及应力敏感性损害,资料表明,该储层液锁损害程度可达70%~90%,应力敏感损害程度可达25%~60%。室内研发了高效防液锁表面活性剂、架桥粒子与可变形粒子组成的复配暂堵剂及聚醚多元醇等组成的防液锁、强包被、强抑制、强封堵的广谱暂堵钾盐聚磺钻井完井液,经高压深探井应用表明,广谱暂堵钾盐聚磺钻井完井液具有流变性参数合理,暂堵效果好,与储层岩性、流体配伍好,保护储层效果好的特点;并具有防液锁、强包被、强抑制、强封堵的特点,渗透率恢复值高,防塌性能好,较好地解决了在高陡构造和存在大量煤层的致密砂岩储层中稳定井壁和有效保护储层的技术难题。To determine the damaging mechanism of the Jurassic reservoir in Tarim Basin,which is a low porosity,low permeability and high pressure reservoir,laboratory studies were done based on the reservoir structure,lithology,porosity-permeability nature and mineralogy.It was shown that the major damaging factors were water block(accounting for 70%~90%) and stress-sensitivity(accounting for 25%~60%).To protect the reservoir,several drilling fluid additives with specific functions were selected to formulate a drilling-completion fluid with strong encapsulation and inhibitive capacity.The application of the fluid in a high pressure deep exploration well was successful: the API fluid loss was 1.0 mL,the HTHP fluid loss was 1.8 mL,and the permeability recovery was greater than 85%.By preventing the formation of water block,the permeability impairment of the reservoir was minimized.Combined with appropriate engineering measures,this fluid can be used in drilling the consolidated sand stone formations with coal-bed layers.
