摘  要:陆丰13-2油田主力油层属于中孔高渗储层,早期所钻探井和评价井的表皮系数高达50,储层污染严重。通过研究储层地质特征、胶结物类型,基于用隐形酸溶蚀和剥离碳酸盐胶结物的理念,设计出了将隐形酸和甲酸盐复配使用的新型钻井完井液。根据室内钻井完井液动态驱替和静态浸泡实验发现,含隐形酸的新型甲酸盐钻井完井液能够将喉道处的碳酸盐胶结物大部分溶蚀或从颗粒表面剥离下来,增加储层有效喉道半径。现场应用表明,含隐形酸的新型甲酸盐钻井完井液对陆丰13-2油田储层保护效果良好,产液指数比早期的探井高137%。The main pay of the block Lufeng 13-2 is a reservoir of medium porosity high permeability,and the exploration and appraisal wells drilled in the initial exploration period had skin factors of up to 50.By studying the geology of the reservoir and the types of the cement in the reservoir rocks,a new formate drill-in fluid containing recessive acids,was developed,based on the conception of dissolving and removing carbonate cement with recessive acids.The removing of most of the carbonate cement in the pore throats was observed in laboratory experiments such as dynamic displacing and static immersing.The effective radii of the pore throats were thus increased.Field application showed that an increase by 137% of fluid production was obtained.
