摘　　要：CO2泡沫压裂液是一种高效、低伤害的压裂液体系,在低渗、低压、水敏性油气层的压裂改造中作用显著。针对羟丙基瓜胶(HPG)的分子结构特点和酸性交联环境,研制出了AL-1酸性交联剂。通过对CO2泡沫压裂液的各种添加剂进行优选和评价,确定了AL-1酸性交联CO2泡沫压裂液的典型配方,并对该体系的综合性能进行了评价。评价结果表明,该泡沫压裂液具有起泡能力强、泡沫稳定性高、耐温抗剪切性好、滤失低、对岩心伤害小等特点,可以满足低渗、低压气藏的压裂施工要求。该体系已经在苏里格气田完成了2口天然气井的试气压裂作业,取得了较好的增产效果。An acidic crosslinking agent,AL-1,was developed based on the molecular structure of hydroxypropyl guar.Through laboratory optimization and evaluation,AL-1 can be used in CO2 foam fracturing fluid which is a high efficiency,low damage fracturing fluid widely used in low permeability,low pressure and water-sensitive reservoirs.Laboratory experiments on this fracturing fluid showed that this fracturing fluid had a strong foaming capacity and stable foam.Shear property at high temperatures,filtration property and permeability impairment were all satisfactory.This fluid was successfully used in 2 natural gas wells in Sulige gas field.
