摘  要:通过对G级油井水泥生产厂家生产工艺的调研以及在多年从事油井水泥及外加剂检测的经验和大量实验数据的基础上,全面分析并指出了影响G级油井水泥物理性能的主要因素是煅烧工艺、粉磨工艺、石膏及其加量、水泥化学成分(含矿物组成)、试验温度和压力、水灰比、油井水泥外加剂。该分析结果对优化生产工艺、G级油井水泥物性检测以及油田固井对G级油井水泥的应用具有重要的参考价值。The contributing factors to the physical property of the class G oil well cement were analyzed based on the investigation of the cement manufacturing techniques and the data collected in cement assay in many years.It was concluded that the factors affecting the physical property of class G cement were calcination process,grounding process,gypsum and its concentration,cement chemical components(including mineralogical components),experimental temperature and pressure,ratio of water over cement,and the additives used.This analysis will be of importance to the optimization of the manufacturing process of cement,the physical property assay of class G cement and the application of class G cement in oil well cementing.
