摘　　要：高校图书馆丰富的信息资源是教学和科研工作的重要基础,其良好的环境是教学和科研工作的重要保障,高校图书馆应充分发挥自身优势,更好地为教学和科研服务。This paper elaborates that the affluent information resources of university library is the important foundation of teaching and scientific research and its excellent environment is the important guarantee of teaching and scientific research, and points out that the library should give full play to its superiorities to serve better the teaching and scientific research.
