论政府在农村实用人才教育培训中的职能定位

摘　　要：农村实用人才是用科学文化知识武装起来的新型农民,他们是农村先进生产力的重要承载者,是新农村建设的主力军。但目前农村实用人才现状不容乐观,根本原因在于政府对农村实用人才教育培训重视不够,对于自身的职能定位不明确,为此,政府要提高认识,高度重视农村实用人才队伍建设;加强宣传引导,提高农民参与教育培训的积极性;建立健全农村实用人才教育培训机制,加大教育培训力度;健全农村实用人才培训政策支撑体系,加大财政投入。The practical talented people in the countryside are the new peasants armed with science and knowledge, who are the main support of advanced productive forces and the new army of rural reconstruction. But the present situation is unoptimistie. The basie reason lies in the insufficient training and inexplieit orientation of the government. So the government should deepen understanding, attach importance to the construction, strengthen propaganda and guidance, encourage the farmer to participate in education training, establish perfect training mechanism, perfect policy support system, and expand financial investment.
