摘 要:[目的]探讨儿童营养性贫血与造血相关血清微量元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Pb的关系。[方法]测定86例轻度、中度营养性贫血患儿的血清铁、铜、锌、铅含量,并与98例健康儿童进行比较。[结果]Hb与Pb含量呈负相关(r=-0.37,P﹤0.01),与Zn呈正相关(r=0.20,P﹤0.01);贫血组儿童较健康儿童血清Fe、Zn含量低(P﹤0.01),而血铅含量明显增高(P﹤0.05)。[结论]诊治儿童营养性贫血时应注意相关微量元素水平的检查与合理膳食搭配。[Objective] To explore the relationship of trace elements in sera of children with nutrition anemia. [ Methods] Trace elements including Fe, Cu, Zn. Pb in 86 children with nutrition anemia and in 98 children with non-nutrition anemia were tested respectively, and their test results were compared. [ Results] Contents of Hb and Pb in sera of children had negative correlation (r = -0.37, P 〈 0.01 ) , while content of Hb and Pb had positive correlation. Fe and Zn in children with nutrition anemia were low, but Pb was high. [Conclusion] When making a diagnosis and giving treatment for nutrition anemia in children, we must pay attention to check-up of associated trace elements and match of rational diet.
