摘　　要：[目的]了解邯郸市农民工现况。[方法]自制调查表,采用多级抽样方法对某市农民工进行抽样调查。[结果]农民工平均月收入,女性501～800元者占54.71%,男性801～1200元者占51.05%,男性收入高于女性(P﹤0.01)。签订劳动合同的为29.58%。经过岗位培训的只占55.93%。在工作中采取防护措施的占47.21%。经常加班的占36.88%。自我承担工伤费用的占25.99%。[结论]农民工的工作状况堪忧,改变农民工的弱势地位和工作环境,最根本的是改变城乡二元结构。[Objective] To understand the peasant laborer＇s working condition in Handan. [Methodsl Used self-made questionnaires and multistage sampling method to investigate peasant laborers in a city. [Results] The peasant laborer＇s average monthly income, the female with 501-800 Yuan accounted for 54.71%, the male with 801-1 200 Yuan accounted for 51.05%, the male income was higher than the female （P 〈 0.01）. The people signed work contract was 29.58%.The peasan.t laborers who had job training only accounted for 55.93%.People who took the protective measures in the work accounted for 47.21%. Laborers frequently worked in overtime accounted for 36.88%. 25.99% paid injury, expense happen in their work. [Conclusion] Peasant laborer＇s working condition is poor. To change peasant laborer＇s weak status and working condition, its most basic is changing the city and countryside dual structure.
