摘　　要：[目的]了解在校医学研究生心理、行为现状及社会、经济、文化等因素对其的影响作用。[方法]利用自行设计的调查表对在校医学研究生进行现况调查,调查方式采用自评调查。[结果]在校医学研究生学习过程中有相当的经济压力;男生经常抽烟的比例为10.12%;男生与女生在课外活动、处理人际关系、对专业前景的信心等方面差异有统计学意义。[结论]医学研究生具有较丰富的医学知识,但仍然存在着较多的心理等问题,有关部门应针对不同性别存在的问题加以教育、引导和加强心理咨询。[ Objective] To identify psychology and behavior status of medical postgraduate student who were staying in college, and to understand the effect of social, economical and cultural factors on these issues. [Methods] Used questionnaire designed by research group to can＇y out cross-sectional study on medical postgraduate student who were staying in college. The questionnaire was rated by these students. [ Results ] The medical postgraduate students who were staying in college had serious economic pressure during study. The usual smoking percentage of male was 10.12%. There were significant differences in extracurricular activities, dealing with personal relationship and confidence for professional view between male and female. [Conclusion] Though medical postgraduate students have a lot of medical knowledge, there is too much psychological issues in their mind. Relevant departments should strengthen education, explanation and consultation for these students.
