我国突发事件应激心理危机干预的探讨

摘　　要：[目的]回顾我国突发事件应急心理危机干预发展历程,分析实践中所暴露的问题,为建立和完善我国突发事件应激心理危机干预建策建议。[方法]关键词检索—文献回顾法,反思我国突发事件应急心理危机干预发展历程;现场研究法(5.12灾后心理干预实践),深入分析问题,探索解决途径。[结果]我国突发事件应急心理危机干预缺乏科学的干预机制、专业的干预人才和有效的法律法规保障。此外,人们对心理危机及干预还普遍缺乏正确的社会认知。[结论]为了保证突发事件心理危机干预的及时性、规范性、安全性,有必要在全国范围内统一规划和管理,构建心理危机干预的长效机制,制定各级突发事件应急心理危机干预预案和中长期持续干预方案,并为其实施提供组织体系、人员技术、政策法规、社会支持等软硬件资源的保障。[Objective] To retrospect the development of emergency psychological crisis intervention in our country, analyze the problems exposed in practice, and provide useful suggestions for establishing and perfecting our emergeney psyehological erisis intervention. [Methods] Used keyword index-literature review and field research during 5.12 psychological crisis intervention. [ Results] Chinese emergency psychological crisis intervention lacked of scientific mechanism, professional personnel and effective protection of laws and regulations. Moreover. people generally lacked of a proper awareness of psychological crisis. [Conclusions] To ensure time, standard and safe of emergency psychological crisis intervention, it＇s badly needed to realize nationwide planning and management, build a long-term mechanism for psychological crisis intervention, and offer safeguard in aspects of technical personnel, polieies and regulations, social support, as well as other hardware and software resources.
