摘　　要：为了最大程度发挥城市轨道交通的社会效益和提高运营企业的经济效益,需要对城市轨道交通收费策略进行科学的研究与分析。阐释了收费策略的两个重要方面:收费原则和收费方法。在把城市轨道交通分为三个发展阶段的基础上,探讨了各个阶段的收费原则,并详细研究了由票制、票种、票价、优惠手段等方面组成的收费方法,建立起城市轨道交通线网收费策略理论体系。初步总结了城市轨道交通收费策略对城市交通出行的影响。良好的收费策略不仅需要考虑如何能减少政府财政负担、增加运营企业收益、缓解城市交通压力,还应适当考虑出行者的经济承受能力。Informative abstract In order to improve social and economic benefits of rail transit, it is necessary to study the pricing strategy of urban rail transit （URT） network, and the principles in price-making are the basis of this strategy for URT. Under the guidance of the price-making principles, the fare collection patterns, ticket types and price can be determined with a consideration of the actual situation and passenger＇s characteristics of URT. And the URT enterprises also need to launch a variety of discount and sales promotions according to the market needs and competitions. In this way, the fare collection system will be established under government supervision and at the same time adapts to marketing operation. This paper explains two important aspects of pricing strategy, price-making principles and methods, and divides the development of rail transit into three stages, each will have its special price-making principle, collection method and pattern, including the ticket types, ticket prices and some preferential measures, etc.,all are related to the establishment of a theoretical system for the pricing strategies. Finally, this paper summarizes the influence of the pricing strategies to urban rail transit, argues that an excellent pricing strategy is helpful to reduce the financial subsidies of the government, raise the enterprises income, mitigate urban traffic congestions and cut down citizens economic burden. Also, this strategy is in favor of the sustainable development of URT.
