摘 要:股骨头坏死硬化带的长期存在是导致修复过程中断的主要原因。在修复带的前沿处于低氧供和低营养的状态,在镜下几乎均为成纤维细胞(FB)和肉芽组织,很少有成骨细胞(OB)。文献研究表明,FB与OB之间具有密切关系,互相依存或相互制约,这很可能是决定股骨头修复过程的重要因素。然而关于二者交互作用的研究甚少,本文通过在中国知网和Pubmed检索了近10年相关文献,按照FB与OB之间的相互转化、共育体系、交互作用和应用前景4个方面进行综述。The long existing of sclerosis band in osteonecrosis of femoral head (ONFH) is the main reason leading to interruption of repairing process. It's a low-oxygen and low-nutrition situation in front line of the repairing band of ONFH, where were mostly fibroblasts and granulation tissue but a few osteoblasts by light microscope. The past literatures shows that there are very close relationship between fibroblast and osteoblast, depending on or restrict each other, which is possibly the important factor deciding the repairing process. But there are a few articles about the interaction of fibroblast and osteoblast. In this article, the past ten years literatures in CNKI and Pubmed were searched and was summarized aceording to the four aspects of translation each other, eo-euhure system and application foreground.
