摘 要:白念珠菌是一种机会性致病菌,宿主对白念珠菌的识别和免疫应答是其免疫系统与白念珠菌相互作用的结果。树突状细胞在抗白念珠菌感染免疫中起重要作用,可以通过产生不同的细胞因子诱导CD4+T细胞向不同类型的Th细胞分化,从而产生不同的免疫应答,最终影响白念珠菌感染的结局。本文对白色念珠菌的易感性、免疫应答机制及树突状细胞与白念珠菌的联系进行了综述,为进一步研究白念珠菌等感染性疾病的发病机制和治疗提供了新思路。Candida albicans is a kind of opportunistic pathogen. Identification and immune response to Candida albicans by a host are the results of interaction between immune system,of the host and Candida albicans. Dendritic cell (DC) plays an important role in immune reaction of Candida albicans infection. DC can induce CD4+ T cells to differentiate to different kinds of Th cells by the different cytokines produced by DC,thus different immune responses ture up, and finally influences the results of Candida albicans infection. The effective anti-Candida effect needs different immune mechanisms. This article reviewed the affectability,immune mechanism of Candida albicans, and the relation between DC and Candida albicans, and provided some new ideas for further study on the pathogenesis and treatment of Candida albicans and other infectious diseases.
