摘  要:研制了适合户外在线检测的便携式无线高压变比测试仪。该测试仪由一次侧和二次侧电流检测系统组成,采用nRF905芯片构建无线收发电路,频率设置在915MHz频段进行无线通信,解决了高压侧测量安全。用TMS320F2812DSP芯片、TLC4501和ADS8320等芯片构建功耗低,体积小的电流检测系统。采用准同步采样和FFT处理方法获取电流基波之比,解决了谐波干扰引起的测量误差,实现电流变比实时高精度测量。该装置不仅可用于高压电流变送器,还可用于低压电流变送器变比测试,同时还可作为反窃电检查工具使用。A portable current transformation tester for high voltage was developed. With wireless transceiver, this tester is very suitable for outdoor online testing. Two-side current testing circuits have been used in the system, and the wireless transceiver circuit is based on IC chip nRF905 with its communication frequency tuned on 915MHz to ensure the safety testing at high voltage side. The current measurement circuits are composed of DSP chip TMS320F2812, OP chip TLC4501 and A/D chip ADS8320, all of which are small in size and low power consumption. The fundamental current waves' ratio is obtained by quasi- synchronous-sampling and FFT, which can greatly decrease the measurement errors caused by harmonic interferences and realize the high measurement precision real timely. Beside current transformation for high voltage, the tester system can also be used as current transformation for low voltage. Moreover, it can be used by the power station security system to prevent the illegal electricity users.
