摘  要:通过对高线性光耦器件HCNR201的研究,深入了解了该器件的特性,结合电子式电压互感器的需要,设计了一种用于10kV电子式电压互感器一次和二次隔离的高精度线性模拟隔离电路。本文从理论上深入分析了该电路的工作原理,对可能引起误差的因素进行了分析和计算,同时通过软件仿真和际实验对电路的特性进行了深入分析和验证。仿真结果和试验数据都说明该电路可用于0.2级10kV电子式电压互感器,实现互感器一次侧和二次侧的电气隔离,是一种低成本、高精度、高可靠性的交流信号隔离电路。In this article, the author studied deeply the characteristics of the high-linearity analog optocoupler HCNR201. Combing the especial need of design in the EVT (electric voltage transducer) , the author designed a kind of AC signal isolation circuit ,which is used in the isolation of the first side and the second side of 10kV EVT. The author deeply analyzed the principium of this circuit in theory, then found and analyzed the factors that maybe cause errors in the transmission of signal in the amplitude and the phase. In the end, the author validated the good performance of this circuit through experiments and simulation. From all the data based on the experiments and simulation, we can know that this circuit has the good characteristics such as low cost, high-linearity, high credibility and so on, so we can say that this circuit can be used in the 0.2-class 10kV EVT.
