摘　　要：针对国内火力发电方式所存在的问题,提出了风力发电作为一种替代。利用GSM技术和组态软件构成风能测试系统,实现参数测试、数据传输以及图形组态、数据仿真。经过测试,对一地区的风能进行有效测量,为建立风力发电厂提供可行性分析数据。Aiming at the problems existing in the domestic thermal power generation, this paper has put forward wind power generation as a subsitute. It can achieve parameter testing, data transmission, figure configuration and data emulation by using GSM technique and system composed by configuration software. Through the testing and effective measurement of wind power in certain area, it provides feasibility analysis data for establishing wind power plant.
