摘 要:水泥混凝土桥梁沥青铺装层直接承受行车荷载和环境因素的共同作用,其工作环境严酷,受力条件复杂,常出现车辙、裂缝、推移、坑槽等病害。本文从气候、交通和建造3个方面探讨水泥混凝土桥梁沥青铺装层病害的主要原因,为提高桥面铺装质量和预防桥面铺装病害提供一定的参考。从分析结果来看,解决沥青混凝土桥面铺装病害的首要是加强结构设计的研究,明确桥面铺装层各结构层计算模型、力学特性及相关参数,为桥面铺装的设计提供指导;其次加强对各铺装层材料的材料性能指标和测试技术的研究,选用适应桥面破坏机理的材料;再次,提高施工质量使设计意图得到完全实施;同时,做好气候条件的调查,进行合理的交通组织也必不可少。The asphalt concrete pavement on cement concrete bridge deck is affected by both traffic loads and environmental factors, whose working environment is cruel and stress conditions is complicated with the damages happening, such as rutting, cracking, slippage, and pot-hole. In order to provide reference for improving the quality of pavement on cement concrete bridge and prevent damages, main damage causes of asphalt concrete pavement on cement concrete bridge deck were discussed from climate, transportation, and construction. From analysis results, researches on the structure design should be strengthened first in order to determine the calculation model, mechanical properties, and related parameters of each structure layer of cement concrete bridge deck to resolve damage on asphalt concrete pavement on cement concrete bridge. In addition, materials which were suitable for the failure mechanism of the bridge deck were chosen and improving construction quality could make design intention be implemented completely. Meanwhile, climate condition should be investigated well and it was necessary to organize transportation reasonably.
