预防医学专业实习基地建设对毕业生就业的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨预防医学专业实习基地建设与毕业生就业的关系。方法:根据预防医学专业毕业实习生的实习和就业的需要,在省外江苏、浙江和上海(江、浙、沪)发达地区建立专业实习基地,为毕业生就业创造有利的条件。结果:预防医学专业在上海市和江苏省等五省市的市(区)级疾病预防控制中心、卫生监督所和临床实习医院等建立了14个实习基地(涉及40个实习单位)。连续三届毕业生就业率均为100%,毕业生在省外的就业率从2005首届28.1%上升到2007届61.1%,而其中在江、浙、沪专业实习基地及其周边地区就业者均高达93%以上。结论:实践证明,专业实习是本科教育的重要环节,加强实习基地建设是专业实现教学目标、教学质量的保证,也是增强专业学生综合能力、提高专业学生就业率的有效途径。Objective：To explore the relationship of construction practice bases for preventive medicine specialty with graduates employment.Methods：According to the necessity of preventive medicine specialty students practice and employment,the specialty practice bases was builed in the developed area of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai（Jiang,Zhe,Hu）for graduates employment to create favourabale conditions.Results：The 14 practice bases（deal with 40 practice units）of preventive medicine specialty was established in the Shanghai,Jiangsu,et al five area（including central of disease preventive and control,sanition supervise bureau or institute and clinical practice hospital）.The graduates employment rate was all 100% for three years.The graduates employment rate in out Anhui privince is going up from 28.1% of 2005 year first graduates to 61.1% of 2007 year graduates,but over 93% of graduates employment was in the Jiang,Zhe,Hu and priphery area.Conclusions：The practice was proved that the specialty practice was an important link for undergraduates education.Not only the strenghening practice bases construction can ensure to achieve specialty education goal and education quality,but also practice bases construction was to strenghen general ability of specialty students and to raise employment rate of specialty graduates.
