摘  要:采用将纳米粉体、助剂、添加剂等材料制备的纳米抗菌聚氨酯树脂母液,进一步制成抗菌防霉涂饰剂,用于PU合成革表面涂饰。确定了纳米TiO2的最佳用量,在聚氨酯合成革表面油墨中添加1%~2%的纳米抗菌剂,可以取得较好的抗菌防霉效果。进行了研磨设备选择试验,实现了抗菌纳米涂饰剂在合成革中较好的应用。Nanometer antimicrobial polyurethane resin mother liquor, prepared by nanometer powders, auxiliary agent and addition agent, were used to produce antimicrobial finish for PU leather. To acquire better antimicrobial effect, the optimal dosage of nano - TiO2 was decided. After adding 1 - 2 percent nanometer antimicrobial agent in the printing ink for finishing surface of synthetic leather, the better antimicrobial effect can be reached. The grinding equipment was selected by experiment. Finally, nanoeter antimicrobial finish was applied in synthetic leather preferablely.
