一种高吸收染色加脂助剂的应用

摘　　要：研究了一种新型高吸收染色加脂助剂NHK的应用技术,及对染料和加脂剂等制革化工材料吸收的促进性能。试验表明:与未使用NHK处理的样品相比,使用NHK后加脂废液中的SS、油脂和染料的含量分别下降了约90%、75%和40%,在降低污染的同时,成革的感官性能也有所改善。The effects of auxiliary agent, which with high absorbtion, NHK, on adsorption and fixation of dyes, fatliquors and retanning agents in leather was studied by analyzing the contents of pollutants in waste water. The resoult shows that, compared with the control, the contents of SS, fatliquors and dyes in waste water decreased by 90%, 75% and 40% , respectively, when 4% NHK was used in retanning process. Meanwhile, the application of NHK can improve the quality of leather.
