摘　　要：采用了一种大容量的铁电存储器,在此基础上开发了电源监控系统,有针对性的给出了硬件和软件的设计细节和流程图,经试验证明,达到了项目要求。Dot-matrix LCD Module is a electronic devices with low price and excellent display quality, and with the feature of stable performance and being suitable for portable smart instrumentation. In this paper, A design method of DSP controller is introduced, which controls the LCD module containing the T6963C controller to achieve the display of the characters and graphics. And the hardware interface ,drivers and the method of graphics display are achieved.
