摘　　要：在精细化预报订正平台特点及需求分析的基础上,阐述了精细化预报订正平台的设计思路、流程结构和主要功能。该平台在合理划分预报制作相似区的基础上,以预报制作相似区内订正点与关联点之间各预报要素关联关系为依据,以精细化气象要素客观预报产品或上级指导预报产品为预报蓝本,通过文本、图形两种修改方式,完成对高时空密度、多预报要素值的修改订正。为开展精细化预报业务,实现国家、省、地(市)三级预报部门逐级指导、属地订正业务流程提供了技术支撑。By analyzing the revisal platform＇s characteristic and demand of elaborate forecast, the design idea, flow structure and main function of elaborate forecast platform were described. Based on the similar area reasonably made by forecast products and the connection of forecast element of the representative station to the other stations in the similar area, and by referring to the objective forecast of refined meteorological factors or the guidance forecast products by higher levels, the platform completed modification and revisal in high space-time density and multiple forecast elemenst in the form of text and figure. At the same time, the platform also offered technical support for developing elaborate forecast and realized guidance level by level such as country, province and city＇s guidance to revisal of local operation flow.
