摘　　要：目的探讨高血压脑病个体化治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析47例高血压脑病病人的临床个体化治疗资料。结果47例高血压脑病病人根据临床特点给予个体化降压治疗，全部病人在治疗后4～48h内缓解，无严重并发症出现。结论高血压脑病的个体化治疗能获得满意的治疗效果。Objective To analyses the therapeutic effect of individualized treatment on heypertensive encephalopathy. Methods Data of 47 patients with hypertensive encephalopaty by individualized treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results According to patients＇clinical features, 47 cases were administrated individualized treatment, and were cured during 4h to 48h after given hypertensive drugs without complications. Conclusions Individualized treatment on patients with heypertensive encephalopathy will contribute to a good therapeutic effect.
