香椿子抗凝血作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察香椿子的抗凝血作用。方法:采用小鼠毛细玻管法及玻片法观察香椿子对小鼠凝血时间的影响。以断尾法观察香椿子对小鼠出血时间的影响。对小鼠血浆复钙时间(Re-calcium Time,RT)、大鼠凝血酶原时间(PT)、大鼠活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、大鼠凝血酶时间(TT)进行测定来观察香椿子对这些指标的影响。结果:①毛细玻管法:香椿子1000、1200、1400、1600mg/kg剂量组与生理盐水组比较能显著延长小鼠的凝血时间。②玻片法:香椿子400、1000mg/kg剂量组与生理盐水组比较能显著延长小鼠的凝血时间,但高剂量组与生理盐水组没有明显差异。③对小鼠出血时间的影响:香椿子三个剂量组的出血时间均明显长于生理盐水组。④对血浆复钙时间的影响:香椿子1000、1400mg/kg剂量组与生理盐水组比较,均明显延长了血浆复钙时间。400mg/kg剂量组与生理盐水组没有明显差异。⑤对大鼠PT、APTT及TT的影响:香椿子三个剂量组均显著延长了大鼠PT及TT。980mg/kg剂量组与生理盐水组比较能显著延长大鼠的APTT。结论:香椿子有较强的抗凝血作用。Objective：To observe the blood anticoagulation effects of Toona Sinensis seed. Methods： The effect of Toona Sineusis seed on clotting time were observed by using glass-tube method and glass plate method, and the effect on bleeding time were observed by tail-cutting method. Re-calcium time （RT）, prothrombin time （PT）, activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT）, thrombin time （TT） were determined respectively. Results： ① Glass-tube method： Toona Sinensis seed with doses of 11300, 1200, 1400 and 1600 mg/Kg showed significant effects of prolonging clotting time compared with saline water did. ② Glass plate method ： Toona Sineusis seed with doses of 400 and 1000mg/Kg showed significant effects of prolonging dotting time compared with saline water did. But there was no significant difference in clotting time between high dose group and saline water group. ③The bleeding time in three Toona Sinensis seed groups with different doses was obviously longer than that in saline water group. ④Recaleium time was obviously prolonged by Toona Sinensis seed groups with a dose of 1000 mg/Kg and 1400mg/Kg, compared with that in saline water group. There was no obvious difference between Toona Sinensis seed group with a dose of 400 mg/Kg and saline water group. ⑤ PT and TT were obviously prolonged in three Toona Sinensis seed groups with different doses. Toona Sinensis seed with a dose of 980 mg/Kg prolonged significantly APTT compared with saline water did. Conclusion： Toona Sineusis seed has obvious blood anticoagulation effect.
