摘 要:目的:探讨海尔福口服液对超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)的清除效果及其机理。方法:用AP-TEMED系统比色法测定海尔福口服液对O2-的清除率,并与维生素C及金银花提取液作对比分析。结果:海尔福口服液(内含金银花生药0.1g/ml)、金银花水提取液(含生药0.1g/ml)、维生素C(浓度1.0mg/ml)对O2-的清除率分别是(92.71±2.79)、(81.15±3.81)、(92.67±5.46),加样量分别为1.0、0.5、0.25、0.125ml时,它们的相关系数分别为0.9697、0.9959、0.9988,有直线相关关系;三种存放时间不同的金银花提取液对O2-的清除率分别是(81.15±3.81)、(87.70±1.41)、(37.94±11.79),差异显著(P<0.05和<0.01);海尔福口服液生产过程中的不同阶段对O2-的清除率无显著性差异(P>0.05);海尔福口服液的其余主要原料如茯苓、甘草等对O2-的清除率均较低。结论:海尔福口服液及其主要原料之一金银花提取液在体外对O2-均有明显的清除作用,其效果与浓度为1.0mg/ml的维生素C溶液接近;金银花原料短期存放功效无明显变化,长期存放对O2-的清除率明显降低;海尔福口服液在生产过程中的不同阶段对O2-的清除率无明显变化。Objective:To study the effection of clearance of O2^- by Hierfu oral liquid and its mechanism. Methods:To determmine clearance of O2^- by Haierfu oral liquid with AP-TEMED systemic colorimetry,and compare with vitamine C and Jinyinhua extraction. Results: Haierfu oral liquid in which 1.0ml there is 0. 1g Jinyinhua,Jinyinhua extraction in which 1.0ml there is 0. 1g flash medicine,Vitamine C which concentration is 1.0mg/ ml, their clearance of O2^- is (92.71±2.79) % ,(81.15±3.81)% ,(92.67±5.46)% ,added quality is 1.0ml, 0.5ml, 0.25ml and 0. 125ml. Clearance of O2^- of three kind of Jinyinhua with different restore time is (81.15±3.81)%,(87.70±1.41)% and( 37.94±11.79)%,(P〈0.05 and P〈 0.01 ), there is significant difference. Clearance of O2^- by Haierfu oral liquid with differente extracted period no significant difference among them(P 〉0.05). Clearance of O2^- are all lower which clear by Haierfu oral liquid and its main material Fuling and Gancao. Conclusions: Haierfu oral liquid and its main material Jinyinhua extraction have the function on clearing O2^- , which close to vitamine C (1.0mg/ml). No signifiaeant change of Jinyinhua with short store, but decrease severely with long store, no significant change of clearance of O2^- by Haierfu oral liquid during its product period.
