高等教育大众化阶段江苏高校本科专业的设置与发展

摘　　要：高等教育大众化对高校的本科专业设置与发展提出了新的要求,现阶段江苏高校专业设置面临着市场导向和学科内在发展、江苏经济迅速发展与高校在学科专业结构、人才培养等方面反应相对迟缓等矛盾。在专业设置中应采取政府适当干预与高校灵活自主相结合、市场准入与高校本科专业调整相结合、优化资源配置以发展特色本科专业、面向国际发展高校本科专业等相关改革策略。higher education massification; Jiangsu; specialty designing; specialty structure Abstract： The higher education massification has made new requests on the designing and development of Bachelor＇ s degree programs. The article ventures into the contradiction between market guiding and the inherent law of disciplines, between the fast - developing pace of economy and the slow response in specialty structure and talents development, and argues that such combinations should be achieve. Through governmental intervening and automatisation of higher educational institutions, and through market access and specialty adjustment from higher education institutions, so that allocation of resources willbe optimized to develop characteristic bachelor＇ s degree programs and to realize world - oriented reforms on development of bachelor＇ s degree programs.
