摘 要:以溴化十六烷基三甲基胺为改性剂制备了有机改性膨润土,并对其进行了性能表征。将其应用于COD高达20000~37000mg/L的垃圾渗滤液的预处理,以垃圾渗滤液的COD去除率为考察指标,对原土和有机改性土的处理效果进行了对比,确定了改性膨润土最佳用量以及最佳反应条件。研究结果表明,有机改性膨润土处理效果明显优于原土。在改性土用量为30g/L,pH值为5左右,搅拌时间为40min,静置时间为30min时,能够使垃圾渗滤液的COD去除率达到67%以上,减轻了下一步生物处理的负荷。Organic modified bentonites with CTMAB as organic intercalated agents were prepared. Properties of modified bentonite were characterized by various analysis techniques and modified bentonites were applied to pretreatment of high strength landfill leachate with CODα up to 20,000~37,000mg/L. Experiment results showed that removal efficiency of CODα had reached 67% under the optimum conditions of modified bentonite amount 30g/L, pH 5, stirring time 40min and sedimentation time 30min. The pretreatment of high strength CODα landfill leachate with organic modified bentonites will prevent excessive loads on the next biological treatment process.
