摘　　要：竞技体育仲裁萌芽的历史基础是原始仲裁的民间纠纷裁决和原始竞技活动的首领选拔,二者都具有定分止争的社会评判功能。近现代竞技体育的仲裁演变大致经历了竞技体育技术仲裁、职业体育民商事仲裁、体育产业商事仲裁和独立国际体育仲裁4个时期。我国体育仲裁制度建设起步相对较晚,未来发展面临巨大的机遇与挑战。Arbitration and sport both originate the primitive society, which has the function of judgment and resolving disputes. Modem times sport arbitration go through four stages, which is sport technology arbitration, professional sport civil arbitration, sport industry commercial arbitration and international sport arbitration. Sport arbitration system＇ building in China falls behind other countries, and will face to much more chances and challenges in the future.
