摘  要:为了研究Ca2+对高温强光胁迫下小麦光合机构的保护机理,分别用清水和10 mmol/L的CaCl2水溶液预处理灌浆期的小麦叶片,然后进行不同的温度和照光处理,探讨了Ca2+对高温强光胁迫下小麦叶片D1蛋白和PSⅡ功能的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施Ca2+有效地调节了高温强光下抗氧化酶SOD、APX的活性,降低了叶片MDA的含量和相对电导率;Ca2+处理维持了较高的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和较低的原初荧光(Fo),减轻了逆境对光合机构的破坏。Western Blotting分析结果也显示,Ca2+减轻了高温强光对小麦叶片PSⅡ反应中心D1蛋白的破坏。The protective mechanism of Ca^2+ on photosynthetic apparatus of wheat leaves under heat and high irradiance stress were investigated. The leaves of wheat were sprayed by solution of CaCl2 (10 mmol/L) or water (as control) at grain-filling stage and exposed to different temperature and irradiance. The effect of Ca^2+ on D1 proteins and photosystem Ⅱ(PSⅡ) performance of wheat leaves under heat and high irradiance stress were studied. The results showed that pretreatment with Ca^2+ enabled the wheat leaves to keep relatively high activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX), lower malondialdehyde ( MDA ) content and relative electrical conductivity,higher Fv/Fm and lower Fo. The analysis of Westen Blotting indicated that Ca^2+ pretreatment can decrease the degradation of D1 proteins.
