摘  要:为研究筒形件反旋变形金属流动规律,文章建立了反旋三维刚塑性有限元模型,采用DEORM3D软件对其变形过程进行数值模拟,并进行了BT20钛合金薄壁筒反旋工艺试验研究。模拟结果显示,筒形件反旋时接触区存在一个分流面,分流面一侧的金属沿旋轮进给反方向流动,该流动是筒形件反旋成形所必需的;另一侧金属则向旋压未旋区方向流动。该模型可以合理解释筒形件反旋时金属轴向流动所引起的多种缺陷。With the aim to investigate material flow rule of backward spinning of cylindrical work-piece a three dimensional rigidplastic finite element model is established and numerical analysis of the deformation flow is conducted with the model and DEORM3D, and backward spinning experiment of BT20 alloy thin-wall tube is carried out. The simulation indicates that there is a neutral interface in deformation region of backward spinning. Metal at one side of the interface flows in anti-feed direction of roller, and the flow is essential to the process. And metal at the other side flows toward the billet. The model could explain various defects reasonably caused by metal axial flow in tube backward spinning process.
