摘  要:为实现H65黄铜合金连续挤压的数值模拟和合理制定其热成形工艺参数,采用Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机对该材料在热变形条件下的流变应力特征进行了研究。结果表明,在实验范围内,H65黄铜合金热压缩变形时发生明显的动态再结晶;用Arrhenius方程的指数形式能较好地描述H65黄铜合金高温变形时的流变应力行为;分区间求得热变形激活能Q,并分段建立了H65黄铜合金的本构方程。In order to realize numerical simulation of continuous extrusion and establish the hot deformation process parameter for brass, the deformation resistance of brass during hot formation has been studied through experiments using Gleeble-1500 simulator machine. The results show that the flow stress feature of H65 brass alloy during high temperature plastic deformation, which can be represented by the exponent format of Arrhenius relationship. The deformation activation energy Q is different. which means the two temperature ranges correspond to different deformation mechanism. And the constitutive equation is established using the method of subsection.
