摘　　要：生产力的发展,经济核算水平的提高,已使现代产权制度摆脱了私有制对经济资源的垄断和对资本力量的约束,使社会主义国家能够利用商品经济,通过国有资产资本化,实现资源配置效率的优化。The development of productivity and the increase of economic accounting level make the modem property right system break away from private ownership＇s monopoly on economic resources and private ownership＇s constriction of capital forces, and make the socialist countries can utilize the commodity economy to implement the optimization of resource distribution efficiency through the capitalization of state-owned capital.
