摘　　要：众多学者对我国农村合作金融的制度进行了卓有成效的研究。试图从农村合作金融的产权制度、治理结构、经营管理制度、制度变异与制度变迁等方面,对近年来的有关研究成果进行梳理,并对需要进一步研究的问题提出建议。There are many articles in rural cooperative finance institution, but what about the progress of these studies. In order to know more about rural cooperative finance institution for many researchers, the article wants to give survey of the important research in China from cooperation right, governance structure, institutional change, etc. At last, the article gives some suggestions of non-study in Chinese rural cooperative finance institution.
