摘　　要：围绕着资源型城市转型这一命题,从对理论思维创新的解读入手,结合国内外的相关理论与实践,在实践理性的层面上,提出了资源型城市转型的建议。It is to use the theory of mental innovation to discuss the transformation of resource-oriented city. It combines the related theories and practice home and abroad to put forward the suggestions that how to transform to resource-oriented city.
