国产SSBR在轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘　　要：试验研究国产溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)T2535L在轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,采用SSBRT2535L部分替代乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)用于轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶,胶料的自粘性、成团性和尺寸稳定性好,胶料表面光滑且富有光泽;硫化胶的撕裂强度、回弹值和磨耗量增大,拉断伸长率略有减小;成品轮胎滚动阻力降低,抗湿滑性能变化不大,生产成本降低。The application of domestic SSBR T2535L in tread compound of PCR tire was experi- mentally investigated. The results showed that,by using SSBR T2535L to replace part of ESBR in tread compound of PCR tire, the compound possessed good tackifying ability,agglomerating ability and dimensional stability, the surface of compound was smooth and lustrous, the tear strength, resilience and abrasion loss of vulcanizate increased,the elongation at break decreased slightly, the rolling resistance of finished tire decreased, and the wet skid resistance changed a little, the production cost decreased.
