摘　　要：介绍辐射预硫化在子午线轮胎生产中的应用。辐射预硫化可提高轮胎半成品部件的精度,使半成品部件在成型和硫化过程中的变形减小。采用辐射预硫化技术对胎体帘布层进行处理可减小其厚度,减小轮胎质量,而对轮胎性能无明显不良影响。The application of radiation prevulcanization in radial tire production was introduced. The results showed that the precision of semi product increased, the deformation of semi product during molding and vulcanization process decreased, the thickness of carcass ply and the tire weight decreased by using radiation prevulcanization; the radiation prevulcanization had no harmful effects on the tire performance.
