论OA系统在高校教学管理工作中的应用

摘　　要：OA系统是一门综合技术,它以先进的科学技术武装办公系统,提高工作效率和管理水平。本文以论述OA系统在高校教学管理工作中应用的必要性为出发点,论述OA系统在教学管理网络化、信息化的应用现状及产生的效果。最后提出作为高校教学管理人员,除了不断加强办公自动化管理学习外,还要不断地提高自身素质,努力学习并熟练使用OA系统工作方式和手段,更好地为教学服务,实现教学管理信息化、网络化、现代化。OA system.is a comprehensive technology, the historical outcome of the informatization society. It arms office system with advanced science and technology, reaches the purpose of raising working efficiency, quality and the management level. This article makes the using necessity of OA system in the teaching administration work in universities and colleges as starting point, explain that nowadays the current situation of OA make the teaching administration networked and informatization and effect. At last the article brings forward that as the teaching administration crew in university and college, besides reinforcing the study of office automation continuously, also should improve sews quality, study hard and skillfully use OA system＇s working ways and means, supply the best service for teaching administration and come true its networked and modernization.
