摘　　要：本文首先对影响出口换汇成本的各类因素进行梳理,将其分为政策性因素与非政策性因素,对各种影响因素进行了理论分析,并在此基础上设计了相应的研究指标。之后运用灰色关联度分析模型(GRA)实证研究各类影响因素指标对出口换汇成本的影响程度。最后,在理论分析与实证分析的基础上,提出了调节企业出口换汇成本的相关政策建议。The export cost in terms of foreign exchange has important impact on the export of enterprises and the national foreign trade. The export cost in terms of foreign exchange is impacted by the policy and non-policy factors. This paper firstly summarizes all kinds of factors impacting the ex- port cost in terms of foreign exchange, classifies them into policy factors and non-policy facors, and analyses these factors. Based on the foregoing analysis, the paper researches the impacting level of all kinds of factors empirically through applying Grey Relational Analysis （GRA） . Finally, the paper gives some policy suggestions for adjusting enterprise export cost in ＇terms of foreign exchange.
