摘　　要：《娱乐场所管理条例》的修订为公安机关依法行政提供了有力的法律武器,也是当今依法治国之必需,更是市场经济条件下促进娱乐业健康有序发展之保障。因此,通过对娱乐场所的范围界定、设立条件以及安全责任等相关问题的探讨,进一步明确现阶段对娱乐场所加强管理的必要性,同时也对公安实践具有现实的指导意义,进而对构建社会主义和谐社会起到推动作用。The revision of Administration Regulations for Place of Entertainment had provided powerful legal weapons for public security organs being in power in accordance with the law,is the necessity of managing state affairs in accordance with the law and the security that the entertainment industry had orderly developed in market economy. Definiting the range of place of entertainment,investigating in interrelated problems of security responsibility, which can direct the practice of public safety, and push the construction of harmonious society.
