摘 要:目的基于gltA基因序列的系统发育分析对云南巴尔通体的多样性进行分析。方法用云南省1999年至今分离到的并已在GenBank中公布的32个巴尔通体变异体(gltA基因)为目标株,利用网上核酸序列比对程序BLAST进行核酸序列同源性搜索,调出相似性最高且有效发表种典型菌株为对比株,进行比对和系统发育分析。结果32个巴尔通体变异体可归为B.elizabethae、B.tribocorum、B.grahamii、B.washoensis、B.taylrii、B.phoceensis和B.yunnannensis7个分枝。同一枝中所有分离的变异体与其发育关系最密切且有效发表种典型的菌株间的gltA基因序列均有不同程度的差异。部分变异体与有效发表种典型的菌株间存在较大的遗传差异。结论云南巴尔通体菌不仅具系统发育多样性,而且还具有其特异性和可能有潜在的新种。一些不明原因的疾病有可能与巴尔通体的感染有关不容忽视。Objective To investigate the phylogenic diversity of Bartonella in Yunnan Provinee,P.R.China, by using phylogenetic analyses based on gltA gene sequence comparisons. Methods The 32 variants (gltA gene) of Bartonella isolated in Yunnan Province and published in GenBank from 1999 to today were taken as the target strains. The most closely related typical strains searched by BLAST in GenBank with sequencing program were taken as comparative stains and their ghA gene sequences were compared each other. Phylogenetic analyses were performed after the multiple alignment of sequence data by ClastalX. Results The results showed that 32 Bartonella variants were belonged to seven branches including B.elizabethae, B.tribocorum, B.grahamii, B.washoensi, B.taylrii, B.phoceensis and B.yunnannensis. There sequences of the glrA gene of a variants in the same branch were, to a varied degree, diffenrent and hereditary variations were also noticed in some variants. Conclusion The Bartonella in Yunnan not only shows phylogenetic diversity, but also shows specificity and there may be a potential species. In addition, it may be possible that some unknown diseases might be associated with Bartonella infection.
