摘 要:目的分析研究洞庭湖区江滩钉螺分布的空间特征,为区域血吸虫病防治提供科学依据。方法建立洞庭湖区江滩钉螺分布地理信息系统,研究分析洞庭湖区江滩钉螺分布的空间特征。结果洞庭湖区的江滩钉螺孳生地在空间上呈集聚模式,空间自相关性比较强,相关程度受离群值的影响大,变化以指数形式衰减,并存在空间方向性。结论洞庭湖区的江滩钉螺在空间分布呈现出一定的规律性,人类的各项活动应遵循这些规律,从而达到减少和灭绝钉螺,进而达到防治血吸虫的目的。Objective To anlalyze the spatial characteristic of distribution of vector of Oneomelania snails in Dongting Lake aided by GIS. Methods Based on the data of GIS of the distibution of 0ncomcelania Snails in Dongting Lake, the spatial characteristic of istrihution of Oncomelania snails" in marshlands of Dongting Lake was analyzed by the spatial analyzing technology and the geo- statistics analyzing technology. Resullts With regard to the density Oncomcelania snails the results showed that there wasa spatial clustering model, there as an intensely spatial autocorrelation, which was influenced by exception. Inadditoin the change of the distribution of snails decreased in exponential model and showed orientation in spatial distribution. Conclusion There is certain law in spatial distribution of Oncomelania samail in Dongting Lake area and that be explored for better control of schistosomiasis.
