综合心理干预对新兵心理和细胞免疫状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合心理干预对新兵训炼前后心理和细胞免疫状况的影响。方法380名二炮新兵随机分为心理干预组和对照组。在新兵训练期3个月中,对心理干预组200名新兵进行综合心理干预;利用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自测量表(SAS)、抑郁自测量表(SDS),在新训开始和结束时,进行心理状态测定;并用流式细胞仪检测两组新兵新训前后T、B、NK淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果训练结束时心理干预组新兵在SCL-90中的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等项的分值,SAS和SDS中的总分值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),心理干预组新兵CD3+、CD3+CD4+、淋巴细胞和CD4+/CD8+均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),CD3+CD8+和CD3-CD56+均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论适当的综合心理干预对提高新兵心理健康和免疫功能均有积极的作用。Objective To explore the effects of multiple psychological intervention on mental state and cellular immune function of second artillery army soldiers. Methods The 380 newly recruited second artillery army soldiers were randomly divided into 2 groups： the intervention group consited of 180 soldiers and the control group consisted of 200 soldiers. Multiple psychological interventions were applied to soldiers in the intervention group for a period of 3 months. The emotional change of every soldiers was evaluated by usin Symptom Checklist-90 scale （SCL-90）, Serf-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Serf- rating Depression Scale （SDS） at the beginning and end of the intervention period. The percentage of T,B and NK cell subpopulation were assessed by flow cytomtry. Results The scores of new reeuited soldiers in intervention group measured with SCL-90, SAS,SDS were low as ompared with those in the control group.. The percentage of CD3＋,CD3＋CD4＋,CD4~/ CD8＋ in soldiers of the intervention group were significantly increased as compared with that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Multiple psychological interventions are beneficial to the mental conditions and cellular immune function of the second aaillery army soldiers .
