2型糖尿病患者血清CRP及血脂水平变化的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血脂水平的变化及其临床意义。方法将280例T2DM患者随机分为代谢综合征(MS)组及非MS组,应用免疫透射比浊乳胶增强法检测各组血清hs-CRP水平,并检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度,以40名健康人作对照。结果T2DM合并代谢综合征(MS)组及非MS组血清hs-CRP水平分别为(3.95±2.89)mg/L、(2.38±1.53)mg/L,明显高于正常对照组的(0.72±0.53)mg/L,3组两两比较差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。MS组TC、TG、LDL-C水平比非MS组及对照组高(P<0.05)。T2DM患者hs-CRP浓度与体重指数、TG、LDL-C呈正相关(r分别为0.634、0.415、0.415,P<0.05),与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-1.618,P<0.01)。结论T2DM患者hs-CRP升高及血脂异常可作为预测T2DM并发MS及心血管疾病危险性的重要实验室指标。Objective To explore the change and clinic significance of serum sensitive c-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods The concentrations of serum hs-CRP and lipid （TC, TG,HDL-C and LDL-C） in 155 T2DM complicated with metablolic syndrome （MS） and 125 with no MS and 40 normal people. Results The Level of hs-CRP of DM group with MS was higher [（3.95±2.89）mg/l],than that without MS （2.38± 1.53）mg/L and normal people （0.72±0.53）mg/L （P〈0.01=. The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were higher than that without MS and normal people （P〈0.05）. The level of serum hs-CRP was positively correlated with BMI,TG,and LDL-C （r=-0.634, 0.415,0.415,P〈0.05）, and negatively correlated with that of HDL-C （r= -1.618,P〈0.01）. Conclusions The levels of hs- CRP and lipid in T2DM can be used as the indexes for predict the risk of T2DM complicated with MS and angiocardiopathy.
