摘 要:目的了解新疆2007年检出的伤寒、副伤寒沙门菌对药物的耐药情况。方法对全疆各肠道监测点分离的147株沙门菌按《伤寒、副伤寒防治手册》进行系统生化和血清学鉴定以及对24种抗生素敏感性测定。结果147株沙门菌对24种药物均有不同程度的耐药,对利福平的耐药率高达100%。147株菌中,100%耐受2种抗生素,耐受3种及以上抗生素的多重耐药株达到93.20%。全疆不同地区的沙门菌对抗生素的耐药有一定差异,但绝大多数对新霉素、利福平、链霉素、红霉素和青霉素耐药率较高。结论新疆2007年检出的沙门菌对常用抗生素耐药率高,多重耐药菌已成为优势菌株,对临床及预防性服药应引起高度关注并加强对其监测工作。Objective To understand the resistance of Scdmone typhi and Paratyphoid to antibiotics in Xinjiang in 2007. Methods There 147 strains of S. typhi were collected on sites in Xinjiang and identified with systematic biochemical and serological methods, and the strains were tested for drug sensitivity to 24 kinds of the antibiotics. Results Almost all tested strains were resistant to more than one common antibiotics. Of the 147 strains, all were resistant to rifampicin, 93.20% were multi-resistant to more than three kinds of antibiotics. Although drug resistance of S.typhi to antibiotics was different in different areas of Xinjiang, most of them were highly resistant to neomycin, rifampicin, streptomycin, penicillin and erythromycin. Conclusion The strains of S.typhi from Xinjiang were highly resistant to common antibiotics and multi- resistant, deserving great attention to the clinical and preventive medication and intensified monitoring.
