育龄女性生殖道沙眼衣原体感染检测分析

摘　　要：目的了解育龄女性生殖道沙眼衣原体感染状况。方法采用单克隆免疫层析法检测宫颈分泌物沙眼衣原体脂多糖抗原。结果3018例育龄女性宫颈分泌物中沙眼衣原体检出率为5.9%,以中青年女性感染率高。结论应加强育龄女性生殖道沙眼衣原体的实验室检测。Objective To study the infection states of Chlamydia trachomtis （CT） in reproductive age women with genital tract inflammation. Methods Monoelonal antibody colloid gold method was used for detection of Chlamydia trachomatis amylose. Results The infection rate of Chlamydia trachomatis was 5.9% in 3018 samples. The highest is in young people. Conclusiion It is necessary to detection in laboratory test of Chlamydia trachomatis.
